Father of the American Playground, a member of the

I think that I shall never see a poem lovely as a tree
- Joyce Kilmer, from his poem Trees (Joyce Kilmer Elementary
School/namesake)

We went outside to measure the schoolyard so we could
see how much space we have for equipment. When we measured we
had to measure the basketball court because we need a new basketball
court. Also we had to spray paint the ground and used chalk.
Beofre we did this, we played a game of kickball to see how
far we kicked the ball.
